Bürstner Signature TI 2027 on Mercedes Sprinter: features and prices

Bürstner has introduced the Signature partially integrated motorhome on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis. The model is available in two floor plans: SMT 7.0 with twin beds and SMT 7.4 with a queen bed in the rear. Prices start at €94,000, about €14,000 more than the Fiat Ducato version. The motorhome is 20 cm longer (7.35 m) but 4 cm lower thanks to the Alko low-frame chassis, offering improved comfort and stability. Standard equipment includes a 150 Ah lithium battery, 200 L fresh water and 180 L waste water tanks, with optional 120 L cassette toilet and 50 L gas tank. Interior features include a swiveling seating group, sliding sink for shower, kitchen with 140 L drawer fridge and induction hob.

Giottiline Toscan 69 XF: motorhome focused on living space

Giottiline has introduced the Toscan 69 XF (2027), a partially integrated motorhome measuring 6.99 m in length and 2.32 m in width. Instead of traditional rear beds, it features a spacious lounge area with two longitudinal sofas and a full-width bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a drop-down bed (145/125 x 190 cm) and a convertible seating area (153/105 x 200 cm). The model is aimed at couples and long-term travelers, but is not suitable for those requiring a fixed rear bed.

Stellantis unveils new van to challenge VW Caddy

Stellantis has introduced a new light commercial van for Citroën, Fiat, Opel and Peugeot, positioned as a more affordable option than existing models. The van features a fold-flat front passenger seat that adds 0.5 cubic meters of cargo space and allows transport of items up to 4.3 meters long. Powertrain options include an electric version with a 42 kWh battery and 270 km range, two diesel engines (100 and 130 hp), and a 110 hp petrol engine. Orders open in September 2026, with first deliveries in November.

Solution found for protecting campsite from dune erosion on Usedom

The 'Am Dünengelände' campsite in Zempin (Usedom island) loses 3–4 meters of dune annually due to coastal erosion. Up to 70% of pitches could become inaccessible within a few years. After a petition with nearly 2,000 signatures, a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern took place. An agreement was reached on sand replenishment, which could start as early as winter.
