The customer was supposed to receive the camper by March 2024 but got it in late August 2024, a delay of 157 days. The court ordered 500,000 rubles in penalties, 10,000 rubles for moral damages, and 255,000 rubles for refusing to voluntarily meet the claim. The ruling was upheld on appeal.
