Humanitarian caravan activists for Gaza detained in Libya

A humanitarian caravan organized by Global Sumud was stopped by armed forces in eastern Libya while trying to enter Egypt. Ten participants, including a Portuguese citizen, were detained for entering a security zone without authorization. The caravan, which departed on May 15, includes seven ambulances, 20 motorhomes, and ten trucks carrying aid. Organizers accuse local authorities of lack of coordination.
