Work at the 'Il Conero' campsite in Portonovo has been halted because of the presence of a protected nightjar bird. The Conero Park issued a permit with 23 environmental conditions, including lighting restrictions and a ban on open flames. A local resident is preparing an appeal against the permit, citing the illegitimacy of the environmental assessment.

The municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura has relocated the planned camper parking area to Li Lucianeddi (PUC zone D2), abandoning the earlier proposal at La Funtana. The change follows objections from the opposition group 'Oltre le Bocche', which questioned the previous site and process. The opposition says it will monitor the new location to ensure compliance with regulations and public interest. The project is not cancelled but will proceed through administrative approval.

In Pisogne, in the Nistoi area, the development of a camper area has sparked disagreements among local residents and the administration. The project, which involves creating parking spaces for motorhomes, has faced criticism over potential environmental and infrastructural impacts. The municipality insists on the need to develop tourist infrastructure, while opponents point to insufficient planning and potential inconveniences for residents.

Mobilvetta has completely revamped its motorhome and camper range. The new Karys is available in three layouts with a redesigned interior and three different concepts for the bed and rear garage. Models 5.1, 6.3, and 6.5 are 2.05 m wide, based on the Fiat Ducato 140 hp, offer four seats and two berths (optional third). In the Karys 5.1, the transverse bed lifts electrically to create a 'maxi-garage' for bicycles; in the 6.3, two longitudinal single beds can be folded up; in the 6.5, a double bed is electrically height-adjustable. Standard equipment includes a 200 W solar panel, 100 Ah lithium battery, Truma Combi 4 heater, reversing camera, and more. Prices start at €67,000 for the Karys 6.5. The premiere will take place at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf from August 28 to September 6, 2026.

Summer tourist influx in Val Saisera (Malborghetto Valbruna) led to paid parking since 2022. A private investor opened a new camper area with a swimming pool on the site of a former gunpowder depot. Mayor Boris Preschern said the fee helps fund maintenance and maintain order, though some complain about high costs. Marco Valentini, president of the Triveneto tourism federation, stressed the need for quality, consistently managed camper areas.

A 150-space car park will be built on Lungomare Marconi in Torrione, replacing the area currently used by motorhomes and caravans. The tender for the works has been launched by Cuc Gruppo Sistemi Salerno on behalf of Salerno Mobilità. The main unresolved issue is where to relocate the motorhomes and caravans that use the site year-round, including water and electricity hookups.
