O2 sınıfı karavan is the Turkish classification for a towed caravan of 751–3,500 kg gross weight. Inertia (surge) brake and breakaway are mandatory; a B+E (BE) licence is required to tow.
TÜVTÜRK inspection is required every two years; the tow vehicle's gross combined weight rating becomes the binding constraint when towing. Most large Turkish-built and imported caravans land in the O2 class. MTV and compulsory insurance are notably higher than for O1. Many dealers now offer turnkey homologation, insurance, and registration packages.
