Frost Control

Frost Control is an automatic low-level heating mode in Truma heating systems that activates when the interior temperature drops near freezing, preventing water pipes, tanks, and pumps from freezing in winter storage or cold overnight temperatures.

Frost Control operates at a minimum setting (around 5°C) using minimal gas. It requires the heating system to be running in standby mode. For long-term winter storage without gas, the correct approach is full winterization (draining all water systems).
