Coachbuilt Motorhome

Vehicle Types Europe United Kingdom

Coach-built, GRP body, composite body motorhome, sandwich panel body

A coachbuilt motorhome has a separately manufactured body (typically made of composite fibreglass or sandwich panels) fitted to a commercial van chassis. Includes semi-integrated, fully integrated, and overcab body styles.

Coachbuilt motorhomes are built by specialist converters using a rolling chassis and cab unit from manufacturers like Fiat, Ford, or Mercedes. The construction allows lightweight, well-insulated bodies.
