Lata Tembakah Outdoor Festival (LTOF) 2026

On September 6, in Hulu Besut, Terengganu, 22 motorhomes and 26 tents took part in the Lata Tembakah Outdoor Festival (LTOF) 2026, one of the first events after Lata Tembakah reopened to visitors. The three-day, two-night festival gathered outdoor and camping enthusiasts from various states. Lata Tembakah reopened to the public on September 5 after improvements. Officials stressed the importance of sustainable tourism and nature conservation.

They departed Jakarta on July 13, 2026, crossed the border at Entikong, and plan to ship their vehicle by sea from Kuching to Port Klang. The expedition will cover countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe and is scheduled to last until 2027.
