Heavy rain caused flash flooding at Buckhorn Lake Resort in Kerr County, Texas, sweeping away cars, SUVs, and large RVs. A manager confirmed no injuries. Witnesses described a wall of water that also uprooted trees, knocked down fences, and buckled roads within the park.

Bruce Spencer, 59, died from injuries sustained Tuesday when a bus converted into an RV exploded.
