In Thailand, many drivers open the hood after returning home to speed up engine bay cooling. This practice can extend the life of rubber and plastic parts, reduce battery heat, and deter rodents. However, it also poses risks: accidental injury, faster wear of hydraulic hood struts, and debris accumulation. A caravan of 400 Honda Gold Wing motorcycles with 550 participants from 12 countries visited Trang province as part of a three-day tour. It is noted for stargazing at night and sunrise views in the morning.
