Makla Bar Beach (White Beach) in the Fans area of Qurayyat province (Muscat Governorate) is a popular destination for tourists and camping enthusiasts. It is located 135 km from Amrat province and 50 km from Sur province. According to local resident Mohammed bin Ali al-Ghadani, the beach served as a shelter for fishing boats and cargo ships during storms in the Gulf of Oman.
