Camping tourism is seeing a notable increase in the Barqash forests in the Koura district of Irbid governorate. The forest area covers approximately 20,000 dunams, making it one of the largest natural forests in northern Jordan. Visitors include Jordanians and Arab tourists, particularly from Gulf countries.
