Nutts Co., the company behind the Nutts RV motorhome brand, conducted disaster relief operations for approximately six months following a major earthquake that struck northern Cebu, Philippines, on September 30, 2025. The aid was coordinated through its local manufacturing facility, which employs 277 staff. The Japanese headquarters donated around 2 million yen (approx. $13,500) to fund reconstruction efforts.

Japanese motorhome manufacturer Nuts reports relief efforts after Cebu earthquake

Nuts, one of Japan's largest motorhome manufacturers, reported a six-month relief operation in northern Cebu, Philippines, following the earthquake on September 30, 2025. Leveraging the mobility of motorhomes, the company delivered food to about 200 victims, provided free medical check-ups for 230 patients, and rebuilt a daycare facility for 60 children. Nissan may revive Primera as an EV for Southeast Asia

Nissan filed a trademark for 'Primera' in Southeast Asia, sparking speculation about the return of the classic model. Documents from the Philippine Department of Energy suggest the new car could be the previously unveiled N7 electric sedan. The N7 measures 4930 mm in length with a 2915 mm wheelbase, offers a range of about 500 km, and charges from 10% to 80% in 19 minutes.
