Coche vivienda is the legal and colloquial synonym for casa rodante or motorhome in Guatemala and Central America. It is used in administrative contexts for vehicles fitted for permanent or temporary habitation.

Less common than "motorhome" or "casa rodante" overall but appears in Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua transit customs paperwork. Overlanders crossing Central America with a European or US motorhome usually declare it as coche vivienda to avoid border confusion. Coexists with carro-casa, motorhome, and autocaravana.
