Three lawsuits filed by former members, new owner of Donegal Township RV resort

The owner of the former Roaring Run Resort in Donegal, Pennsylvania, faces three lawsuits: two from former members and one from the company that purchased the property in 2025 for $2.5 million. The members allege Jay Corl misrepresented how their memberships would be handled after the sale, with some seeking an injunction to prevent him from spending the proceeds.
