Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort Clears Approval in Iowa

The Washington County (Iowa) Board of Supervisors approved a developmental review, inspection and code enforcement agreement between the City of Riverside and Washington County for a Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort project. The project includes more than 150 RV parking spots and a water park of over 70,000 square feet with water slides, a lazy river and pools. Construction will proceed after building inspection services review the site plan, with annexation expected to take about six months.
