Migration Service of Timor-Leste, FAQ: holders of passports of Schengen member states (except Ireland and the United Kingdom) enjoy a visa exemption — "You may stay for a maximum period of 90 days in any 180-day period"; an extension of up to another 90 days is possible 'where that further stay is justified on exceptional grounds'. For other nationalities this is NOT visa-free entry but a visa on arrival: "Tourist Visas on arrival are valid for 30 days stay, and can be extended once with same period" (USD 30, Dili airport). Citizens of Indonesia — visa-free up to 30 days. So the 30 days in our database refer to the visa on arrival, not to a visa-free regime.
