The OpenVan.camp calendar gathers all major offline events for the global vanlife community: international RV and motorhome shows (Düsseldorf, Paris, Beijing, Shanghai), campervan festivals, caravan forums, club meetups and group road trips. Each event includes dates, location, official organiser and registration link. Currently 15 upcoming events are listed.

The calendar covers events in over 20 countries across all continents: Europe (Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Baltic states), North America (USA, Canada), Asia (Japan, China, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand), as well as Russia, Belarus and the CIS countries. Coverage is regularly expanded as new sources are identified by the editorial team.

The calendar is updated daily. The OpenVan.camp editorial team monitors official organiser sources, verifies dates and locations, and publishes changes immediately. Cancelled or postponed events are removed as soon as the information is confirmed. A public API allows developers to access the data in real time. Currently 15 upcoming events are listed.
