Spain's General Directorate of Traffic has updated regulations for motorhomes and camper vans in the Canary Islands. The new instruction establishes that motorhomes are exempt from technical inspection for up to 4 years, then require it every two years until 10 years, and annually thereafter. Camper vans require annual inspections until 10 years and every six months after. The rules also clarify urban parking regulations and introduce new road sign S-128 to indicate wastewater disposal points.
