Bergholm Fritidsfordon Begins Trading on Spotlight

The motorhome and caravan distributor Bergholm Fritidsfordon conducted an IPO on the Spotlight stock exchange. The 22 million SEK offering was oversubscribed, but the share price fell below the subscription price of 11 SEK.

Shares of Swedish motorhome and caravan importer and distributor Bergholm Fritidsfordon began trading on the Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker BHOLM. The offering of 2 million new shares at 11 Swedish kronor each was oversubscribed, raising 22 million kronor. Major shareholders have entered into lock-up commitments restricting share sales for up to 36 months.

Swedish motorhome distributor Bergholm Fritidsfordon has listed on the Spotlight stock market, raising 22 million kronor and planning to increase its dealer count from 27 to 30. The company, which imports motorhomes from European brands including Knaus and Weinsberg, reported revenue of 586 million kronor in 2025 with a 15% market share. The new capital will be used to expand the sales network and develop service workshops.

The author supports the initiative to attract motorhome owners to the center of Borås but deems the revenue plans unrealistic. In his view, the maximum price for a parking spot should not exceed 400 kronor, and the infrastructure should include disposal stations for wastewater and access to fresh water, as implemented in Svenljunga.
