JETOUR Unveils Compact Motorhome

Jetour has unveiled updated versions of two compact motorhomes based on crossover platforms. The 2026 X70 model is offered at a limited-time price starting from 699,000 yuan, while the Shanhai L7 starts from 999,000 yuan. The company also launched the 'Starry Sky' program to promote the everyday use of camping.

An overview of the Type B camper van market for 2025 is presented. Key models are based on Ford Transit T8, Maxus V90/V80Pro, and Jiangling Fushun chassis with 2.0T-2.3T diesel engines and 8-9 speed automatic transmissions. Prices range from 179,800 CNY for the base Maxus V80Pro to over 500,000 CNY for premium versions, with the difference attributed to configuration and materials.

Changan Kaicheng and Feizhu Travel have unveiled the jointly developed Lieszhe off-road motorhome. The model features an aluminum living module that folds down for urban use. Technical specifications include a hybrid powertrain with a 900 km range, a 43.47 kWh battery, and the ability to supply power to external equipment.

JETOUR launched updated versions of its compact motorhomes, the X70 and Shanhai L7, in Wuhu. The seven-seat X70 starts at approximately $7,800, while the hybrid L7 starts at around $11,100. The company also initiated the "Starry Sky" program, granting access to over 100 campgrounds.
