Police and fire services responded Wednesday evening to a burning caravan in western Odense. The fire occurred in connection with heating the caravan.

A motorhome caught fire on Wednesday morning on the Helsingør motorway in the southbound direction. One lane was closed, causing growing traffic congestion, with no injuries reported.

A fee-based parking area for 10 motorhomes has opened on the Danish island of Rømø. The 1953 Bedford Svanebussen motorhome, built on a Bedford Series O chassis, is on display at Egeskov Castle. The model was converted by the Danish company Svanerne from a truck into a living space for transporting dignitaries and tourist groups. The motorhome is equipped with a 6-cylinder, 4.9-liter engine producing 60 hp and has a top speed of 90 km/h.
