Bridgestone launches Duravis Camper tires for motorhomes

Bridgestone has launched its first tire model specifically designed for motorhomes. The Duravis Camper All Season tires feature a CP (Camping Pneu) marking, a reinforced sidewall to reduce sway, and are designed for long-term parking without deformation. The model received an A rating for wet grip under the EU Label standard, along with 3PMSF and M+S symbols confirming snow capability.

Hyundai unveils electric camper van based on Staria

Hyundai unveiled the Staria Camper Concept electric camper van at the Caravan, Motor und Touristik Show. The prototype features a pop-up roof, 520-watt solar panels, and a 215 hp electric motor with a range of approximately 400 km. The manufacturer is considering series production based on the Staria Electric with an 84 kWh battery.

Hyundai Staria Camper: Electric Camper Van for Europe

Hyundai unveiled a European version of the Staria Camper electric camper van at the CMT 2026 show in Germany. Based on the Staria Electric van with a 400 km range and an 84 kWh battery, it features sleeping for four, a kitchen unit, and a smart home system. The decision on series production will depend on public interest.

Honda Base Station Camper Trailer Unveiled

Honda has unveiled a prototype of the compact Base Station camper trailer, which can be towed by a standard CR-V crossover and stored in a regular garage. The interior standing height is approximately 2.1 meters, and the camper is equipped with air conditioning, an induction cooktop, a water system, solar panels, and can accommodate up to four people. Power is supplied by an integrated battery and inverter, with the option to connect to external sources. It is currently only a concept, with no sales launch date announced.

Nissan X-Trail ROCK CREEK Multi-Bed with factory-installed bed

Nissan has launched in Japan a special version of the X-Trail ROCK CREEK Multi-Bed with a factory-installed system for overnight stays in the vehicle. The model features a fold-out bed extending from the second-row seats to the cargo area and an e-4ORCE all-wheel-drive system. The official price in Japan is 5,327,300 yen (approximately 1.06 million baht). The vehicle will be showcased at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026.
