Primorye to subsidize motorhome manufacturers

The Russian company Volgatrade has presented a new motorhome built on a KAMAZ 43118 6×6 chassis. The vehicle is designed to accommodate up to six people and features a living module with a kitchen, bathroom, and a separate bedroom. It is intended for off-road travel while maintaining the autonomy of all onboard systems.

A review highlights five camper vans suitable for long-term habitation. The list includes van-based models, such as the Volkswagen Crafter and Mercedes Sprinter, featuring equipped kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas.

The new Changan Peak View RV 2025 model year motorhome has entered the Russian market. The approximately six-meter-long vehicle is equipped with a 115 hp diesel engine, three bedrooms, a shower, diesel heating, and autonomous systems based on solar panels. The presentation is scheduled for May 2026, after which small-scale production will begin.

The three-year project features a living module over 4 meters long with four sleeping berths, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The vehicle is powered by a 2.4-liter Chrysler engine producing 137 hp, with 70,000 km on the odometer.

The Bryansk-based company BN-Motors is completing assembly of its first motorhome based on the FAW T80 chassis. Priced at about 3.9 million rubles, the model is positioned as the most affordable offer in its class. Production is carried out in Samara, and serial manufacturing will depend on market demand.
