The Cottbus Regional Court has ruled that campervan owners must vacate plots in a weekend home settlement at Neuendorfer See. The court upheld the eviction lawsuits filed by the municipality of Märkische Heide. The municipality is granting a deadline until March 31, 2026, for the removal of structures.
