Authorities have intensified inspections of motorhomes at Ike Ike beach in Chile due to vehicles illegally accessing the shoreline. A total of 22 fines have been issued during the current summer season for violating the municipal ordinance prohibiting vehicular access. The goal is to protect beachgoers and the ecosystem, and to prevent the discharge of greywater onto the sand.
